K Z Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify K Z Inc from claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
